Employee feedback is vital to improving workplace experiences, strengthening our community, supporting ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï×ÊÔ´ academic mission, and guiding future decisions. This survey is an important step in that process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

                                                                                                            &lt;p&gt;The&lt;strong&gt; Employee Experiences Survey&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;measures employee perspectives on various aspects of our organizational culture so that future employee initiatives are evidence-based and can more effectively address employeesâ€™ needs. This information is integral to creating a work environment that is both supportive and welcoming. Your feedback will help to identify key areas of focus in our efforts to improve employee experiences at ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï×ÊÔ´.&lt;/p&gt;

                                      &lt;h2&gt;Accessing the Survey&lt;/h2&gt;
                                                                                                          &lt;p&gt;The survey will be open for a three-week period beginning &lt;strong&gt;January 14 and closing February 4, 2026&lt;/strong&gt;. Employees will receive a survey email invitation from Metrics@Work, the external partner who is administering the survey. The email will include a unique survey link that can only be completed by the recipient.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

                                                                                                            &lt;p&gt;Queen's is committed to transparency, accountability, and action. University-wide results will be shared later in 2026. Employees are encouraged to review the 2022-2023 report and continue the conversation within their departments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
