Biography

Wylie Burke is an executive advisor, educator, facilitator and leadership coach with more than 20 years of experience in human resources, organizational development and business transformation. She works with executive teams to align strategy, structure, people and organizational capabilities to address complex business and workforce challenges.

Wylie’s expertise includes human resources strategy, organizational design, strategic workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational capabilities, culture, and the future of work. A systems thinker, she helps leaders identify the underlying organizational issues affecting performance and determines where changes to people, structure, capabilities and ways of working can have the greatest impact. Her experience spans the corporate, public, healthcare, education and not-for-profit sectors and includes work with CIBC, SickKids, WSIB, Toronto Metropolitan University, and United Way Toronto.

Wylie is an Adjunct Professor in Employment Relations Studies at ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´. She also teaches professional programs through the ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´ Industrial Relations Centre and serves as a leadership coach with the University of Toronto’s Centre for Learning and Leadership. She holds an Executive MBA from ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´, an Honours BA in Sociology from York University, and is an Adler-trained professional coach. She is trained in Crucial Conversations, Leading at the Speed of Trust, and EQ 2.0.
