Do You Know Your Tenant Rights? ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´ Legal Aid is holding an information session in partnership with the ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´ Off-Campus Living Advisors office. This is an opportunity for ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´ students to gain information about their rights as tenants, either as they enter new tenancies or renew an existing tenancy. All ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´ Students are welcome to attend. Come with your questions! There will be a Q& A session following the presentation.

- Giving notice to end a tenancy
- Renewing a lease
- Inspecting the unit and getting insurance
- Different forms of tenancy: Joint tenancy vs Tenancy in Common
- Process of replacing members of an ongoing joint tenancy
- Sub-tenancies: Subletting vs Occupancy
- Legal rent increases
