TimeOut is a modern, user-friendly application designed to simplify how departments at 黑料吃瓜资源 manage time away requests. By streamlining approval workflows and providing real-time visibility through team calendars, TimeOut helps managers plan coverage more effectively and reduces administrative overhead. TimeOut includes built-in reporting that integrates directly with PeopleSoft, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping. Supported and funded by IT Services, TimeOut is ready to be implemented across eligible employee groups 鈥 making it easier than ever to manage time away effectively and transparently.

TimeOut is available for General Staff (Non-Union and USW), Research staff, and CUPE Local 254 staff. It is not currently available for Casual Employees, Student Employees, or CUPE Local 229 staff.

Once we set you up, to log in to Timeout, use your netid@queensu.ca email address and associated password. Timeout uses single sign-on (SSO) and your NetID is required for verification. MFA is required.
Search for 鈥淐WS TimeOut鈥 in the Google Play or Ap Store and install the app. When you open it, you'll see an option for "Organization Code." Type in 鈥淨U鈥 and select SSO, then use your netid@queensu.ca email and password to log in. MFA is required.
