When using this service contact one (or more) of the VORs listed below. A VOR representative will discuss your requirements for the passenger coach service with you. A quote will be provided to confirm pricing, deliverables and payment.
Regardless of the value, all engagements with the VORs must be placed on a purchase order via acQuire with quote attached.  Engagements are not to commence until a Purchase Order (PO) has been issued to the VOR.

Only School Bus Charters are available from these suppliers (there are currently no preferred Passenger Coach charter services at this time) for trips such as (but not limited to):
(a) Field trips, and other events.
(b) One-way trips.
(c) Late bus service.
(d) Round trips within Ontario, round trips from Ontario to other provinces and/or United States.
(e) Summer and winter camps.
(f) Trips of various lengths such as several hours, half day, single day and multiple days.
(g) Regular shuttle service with multiple stops.
(h) Multiple trips daily from the same designated pick up and drop off location and;
(i) Trips over the weekend and/or statutory holidays.
· All planned operating costs such as a driver, vehicle maintenance, permits, fuel, and all insurance will be included in the quote received for the vehicle rental.
· Booking for scheduled trips will be available during regular business hours, outside of regular business hours; on weekends, and/or statutory holidays.
If the VORs are unable to provide chartered bus services to you due to the nature of the service you are requesting, solicit quotes from alternate sources. Once an alternate supplier has been chosen, an exception request form should be issued to Strategic Procurement Services, in order, for your exception to be granted.
