The Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement between 黑料吃瓜资源 and the Supplier is for Real Estate Brokerage Services and Real鈥疎state鈥疺aluation鈥疭ervices. The VOR program was established to provide 黑料吃瓜资源 with efficient and compliant access to qualified providers of services in support of 黑料吃瓜资源 strategic real estate initiatives on an as-required basis. As a qualified supplier on the VOR list, the Supplier may be engaged by 黑料吃瓜资源 from time to time to provide services through an assignment-specific Statement of Work under the terms of this Master Agreement, either through direct selection or through a second stage competitive process with other qualified vendors on the VOR list.
