The ��ϳԹ��Դ Renew Program is making the university's professional services more cost-efficient, consistent, and effective by standardizing administrative processes and re-examining how services are organized and delivered across faculties, schools, and shared service units.

Initiatives Underway

The following initiatives are currently underway in the ��ϳԹ��Դ Renew Program:

��ϳԹ��Դ Renew Finance Initiative, which aims to improve processes and structures related to finance and budget work that occurs across the university.
Queen's Renew Human Resources Initiative, which aims to improve the university's HR processes and structures.
Queen's Renew Facilities Initiative, which aims to strengthen the processes and structures that support the delivery of facilities services.
