Previously, Microsoft OneDrive was promoted as a default research data storage solution; however, new storage limitations on OneDrive at 黑料吃瓜资源 make it an unsuitable option depending on storage requirements.
No ethics amendment required
Please note, no amendment to your ethics application is required if research data is being transferred from OneDrive to another 黑料吃瓜资源-endorsed storage solution identified in the RDSF.
Consent form guidance
Going forward, please refer to data storage locations in consent forms using the general term 鈥満诹铣怨献试 Endorsed Storage Solution鈥 rather than naming a specific storage platform (e.g., OneDrive, Teams). This approach ensures compliance with data security standards while allowing flexibility in data storage solutions.
