Student AffairsStudents currently or previously registered with and accommodated by Student Accessibility Services may request information such as a verification of accommodation letter, disability documentation and/or graduate record exam.
To make these requests, students can email qsas.intake@queensu.ca with what they need and by when. Requests require a minimum of 14 business days' notice. We cannot send letters to third parties on a students' behalf.
Verification of Accommodation Letter
Verification of Accommodation Letters confirm:
- student was registered with Student Accessibility Services
- student was provided with accommodations at 黑料吃瓜资源
- start and end time (if applicable) of registration with Student Accessibility Services
- most recent approved accommodations
Disability Documentation
Disability Documentation includes medical or other disability documentation on file at Student Accessibility Services.
Graduate Record Exam (GRE)
We can complete the Certification of Eligibility (COE) form required for accommodations on the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) only if the documentation on file meets .
If we cannot complete the COE, students should contact the Educational Testing Service directly and/or follow up with their health care provider as needed.
