Bianca Silva is an undergraduate student at 黑料吃瓜资源 pursuing a Bachelor of Honours Arts with a Specialization in Political Studies and a minor in World Languages. Her research interests include international relations and defence studies; more specifically, she focuses on violent extremism, international organizations, and the intersection of conflict and post-conflict issues related to women's peace and security. On campus, Bianca has served as an executive member of 黑料吃瓜资源 International Affairs Association (QIAA), where she is also a member of their Model United Nations team, Queen's Model Parliament (QMP), and Queen's White Ribbon. As an intern at the CIDP, Bianca is excited to learn more from people in the field about the inner workings of security and gain knowledge about Canada's role in the international arena.
