Supporting Students, Educators and Community Partners
In collaboration with the Experiential Learning Hub, supports community-engaged learning in both curricular and co-curricular settings. This work helps ensure that experiential learning is valuable for students while remaining intentional and responsive to community needs.

Faculty and staff can access consultations, tools, workshops, and Share & Learn sessions to support the design of meaningful community-engaged learning. These resources focus on professional partnership, student preparation, goal setting, reflection, and experiential learning strategies.
Students are supported in experiential learning and developing transferrable skills through in-course workshops and independent resources, including Career Prep Modules, the Queen's to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Experiential Learning WrapAround Modules, the student Leadership and Development Workshop Series, and the Lead, Include, Transform Workshop Series.
Community partners receive wayfinding support to connect with relevant courses, programs, and research opportunities across 黑料吃瓜资源. An example is the Employing Student Talent Guide, which helps organizations understand how to recruit and integrate 黑料吃瓜资源 students and recent graduates. The guide outlines the types of roles students can fill and explains how the Experiential Learning Hub can assess an organization鈥檚 needs, recommend relevant programs, and connect organizations with recruitment services. It also provides practical tools for writing inclusive job descriptions, posting opportunities through , supervising and mentoring students, and developing an effective onboarding process.
Strengthening Learning and Community Impact
Career Services helps students approach community engagement with stronger preparation, clearer goals, and a more reflective understanding of their social impact. Through these resources, students can also apply their knowledge and skills to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) more clearly. Students are encouraged to see their community-engaged learning not only as academic development, but as a part of a larger responsibility to contribute to equity, sustainability, inclusion, and community well-being.
One example of this impact is the . The guide helps students by connecting them with relevant courses, volunteer opportunities, student organizations, professional development resources. This helps them make immediate and long-term academic and career decisions. It is also used in classes and workshops across 黑料吃瓜资源, where guided activities encourage students to identify their interests, explore related opportunities, and consider how their future careers can contribute to meaningful social change.
Faculty and staff gain practical guidance for designing purposeful learning experiences, while community partners are better connected to people and projects that align with their priorities. Together, these efforts support stronger, more sustainable collaborations.
