Biography

Denbeigh Whitmarsh is a PhD student in the Department of English Literature and Creative Writing at ���ϳԹ���Դ. Her research focuses on the ecocritical semiotics of land in relation to Indigenous, Diasporic, and Canadian oral literatures. She holds an MPhil in English Literature from ���ϳԹ���Դ, a Graduate Diploma in Teaching from the Auckland University of Technology (New Zealand), and a B.A.H. in French Literature from McGill University. She has professional experience as a writer, translator, and editor in English and French. She loves swimming, running, and climbing trees.
