    Discovering the Power of Self-Awareness (Thrive 365)

    Description:

    This introductory Thrive 365 session will introduce participants to the power of self-awareness as a foundation for emotional intelligence, resilience and authentic growth. Participants will explore how self-awareness can support more meaningful relationships, improved communication and a stronger sense of purpose. Participants will be invited to consider what drives them, how their values and aspirations shape their choices and where there may be opportunities for continued learning and development. The session will also highlight strategies for noticing emotional triggers, identifying strengths, seeking constructive feedback and engaging in ongoing self-reflection.

    This session will offer accessible tools to support deeper self-understanding and personal growth.

    Participants can expect to:

    • Understand how self-awareness influences decisions, relationships, communication, and life experiences
    • Explore personal identity, including values, passions, motivations, and aspirations
    • Identify strengths and areas for continued growth
    • Reflect on emotional triggers and behavioural patterns
    • Learn how self-awareness can support resilience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence
    • Engage in reflective practices that foster deeper personal understanding
    • Consider practical strategies such as journaling, mindfulness, active listening, and constructive feedback
