The Custodial Support Services team is responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions of approximately 4.9 million square feet of interior spaces on Main Campus, West Campus, and leased off-site facilities. Our team provides service to support buildings based on occupancy and operating hours.
Regular Custodial Services duties include:
- Emptying and cleaning centralized waste receptacles
- Cleaning high touch points
- Dusting (as required)
- Cleaning mirrors and interior glass
- Dust & damp mopping / vacuuming floors
- Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms
- Disinfecting tabletops in classrooms

Custodial Support Services has aligned with the certification. These standards have been set collaboratively with the ) governing body. The operation has received its third certification renewal, and it highlights the operational commitment towards sustainable, high-performance cleaning operations.
