Once a month, Chaplain Heidi will facilitate a space for you to share about your experiences of loss and to receive support from her and from others who are also grieving.  

This is open to all students at Queen's regardless of faith or spiritual affiliation.

2SLGBTQ+ students at Queen's are invited to join Erin (Interfaith Chaplain) and Sarah (2SLGBTQ+ Faith and Spirituality Programming Assistant) to discuss faith and spirituality and check in on how life is going.

We will also work on various textile projects - all levels of experience welcome. (materials on site, and BYO welcome)

Join Chaplain Erin Burns for a grounding walk around campus - we will have times of movement and times of stillness combined with conversation and guided meditation.  

Dress for the weather!

We meet between Theological Hall and the Tennis courts and move from there along the waterfront, returning before 1pm.

 Interfaith Chaplain Erin will lead us through times of movement, stillness, contemplation, and reflection as we ground ourselves in nature. This is a great opportunity for intention and connection!

Meeting Location: Meet at Theological Hall at 11:50 am on the steps that face the Tennis Courts. 

Route: We will walk along the waterfront, stopping frequently for mindfulness, reflection, and poetry, and then returning to Theological Hall.

Duration: 1-Hour.

Event Fee: FREE!

Weather: Please note that if there is heavy wind or rain, a cancellation will be sent no later than 1 hour before the meeting time to your email. We will walk in light rain, but not in thunderstorms or high winds.

This peer led conversation series will give students the opportunity to explore how their own faith traditions and beliefs intersect with allyship of all kinds.

February's A&F session will focus on how those from faith or religious traditions, or those exploring spirituality, can engage in allyship with the focus on Black histories & futures.

The conversation will feature excerpts from relevant media and a chance for students to participate in a facilitated conversation and unpack their thoughts and share their own perspectives as students of faith and/or those interested in exploring their relationship to allyship and spirituality. 

Open to students of faith and those interested in exploring their relationship with spirituality and allyship.

Refreshments will be provided. No registration required.
