Title: A representation function for an additive problem with square-full numbers
Abstract: A positive integer is called square-full if every prime dividing it divides it at least to the second power. In this talk, I will discuss a representation function for integers expressed as the sum of a prime and a square-full number. This problem is related to the classical additive problem concerning representations as the sum of a prime and a square. I will present asymptotic formulas for averages of this representation function over short intervals and discuss some of the main ideas used in their proofs.
