Jeff joined Queen's as a Procurement Specialist in the spring of 2026 with over 20 years of procurement experience in both the public and private sectors. Prior to beginning his career in public procurement, Jeff worked in various roles within the hospitality and gaming sectors, and has experience working in manufacturing and consumer packaged goods spaces. Jeff's public sector experience began with CreateTO, the real estate branch of the City of Toronto, and continued through several consulting roles. Jeff's experience includes policy development, leading requests for quotations, proposals, tenders, and supplier qualifications, end to end procure to pay processes, as well as systems implementation. Jeff has procured general construction contractors; architectural services; furniture, fixtures and equipment; IT hardware and software; employee benefit programs; along with various other services and supplies. Jeff takes a keen interest in procurement law and the finer details of contract writing and supplier negotiations.

Felicia joined the Accounts Payable team in 2026.  Felicia brings strong accounts payable skills and a background in customer service to the team and is passionate about supporting Queen's staff with their accounts payable requirements.

Angela brings 5+ years of diverse experience in account management which includes positive relationship-building, efficiency and strong communication skills, to her role as Accounts Payable Clerk with the Strategic Procurement Services team at Queen's. Angela's role focus will cover acQuire and PeopleSoft accounts payable related activities for the university.

Will joined the Strategic Procurement Services team at ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´ as a Procurement Specialist in December 2022. Will brings with him a significant amount of knowledge and experience gained through his 10 plus years of working in procurement, 6 of those years specifically in the public sector. He has dealt with the sourcing of various products and services throughout his career, becoming a versatile and adaptable individual capable of handling a wide variety of projects. Will was recently Certified as a Professional Public Buyer (CPPB), along with having a Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP) designation. He is looking forward to helping support the ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´ community with all their purchasing needs!

Prior to joining ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´, Christine spent 12 years in progressive procurement roles at a manufacturing company. Ultimately building a supply chain team and appointed as the Supply Chain Manager, she was responsible for procuring and managing inventory, global logistics, supplier relationship management and cost control.

Christine earned a BAH in Sociology from ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´, a post graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Loyalist College and a Project Management Certificate from Cornell University. Christine is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) through the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) and has her Six Sigma Lean Green Belt Certification (LGBC) through the Management and Strategy Institute
