Open Session Meetings of the Board of Trustees are normally held in Richardson Hall and a Zoom option is also available for virtual attendance.
Members of the University community and greater public who wish to attend an Open Session of the Board must email trustees@queensu.ca in advance to request permission. (This does not include Trustees, official observers, or guests invited to the meeting by the University Secretariat). Requests for admission will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis prior to each Board of Trustees Open Session meeting. Advance requests for permission to attend multiple meetings will not be accepted.
