The School of Policy Studies remembers Brigadier-General (Ret.) William Shane "Bill" Richard, who passed away on July 7 at the age of 77.
Former CFB Kingston base commander Richard helped lead an Executive Master's of Public Administration program at SPS, teaching and preparing the next generation of public sector leaders. He also helped strengthen partnerships between Queen's, the Canadian Armed Forces, and organizations across the Kingston community.
