In addition to confidential wellbeing support, TELUS Health One services can help you manage your reactions to stressful situations with wellness articles, podcasts, tools and other online resources.
ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´ offers group fitness classes for employees; from yoga, to Pilates, to good-old-fashioned cardio, there’s something for everyone! Updated offerings are posted on the in the early spring, fall and winter of each year.
As part of Thrive 365 event offerings, a limited number of free fitness classes are available to staff, faculty and students each month. .
