A peer-led spirituality group for students seeking community who are interested in spirituality, meditation, and reflection.  We hope to provide a fun and safe environment for students to explore and share concepts surrounding spirituality, religion, and philosophy.  We wish to invite and inspire community and space which flowers ideas and perspectives.

If you or a someone you know has experienced the death of a loved one, we invite you to join us on Monday evenings from 6-7:30pm in the FSL office. Led by Chaplain Heidi, this group will provide a safe and brave space for sharing, listening, and exploring how to integrate grief into our lives. Registration required: chaplain@queensu.ca

University is a place and a time when all kinds of relationships begin. But all kinds of relationships end while you’re in university as well. And finding yourself at the end of a relationship is so difficult. Whether you are experiencing a romantic break-up or a friendship falling apart, you are invited to join Heidi (Chaplain and Grief companion) and Marney (Queer artist and Therapist-in-training) for Broken Hearted: Navigating friendship and relationship breakups in university. You’ll have the opportunity to share your stories, find support from your peers, and receive tools and frameworks to help you move through this experience.
