A peer-led spirituality group for students seeking community who are interested in spirituality, meditation, and reflection. We hope to provide a fun and safe environment for students to explore and share concepts surrounding spirituality, religion, and philosophy. We wish to invite and inspire community and space which flowers ideas and perspectives.

This program is targeted towards students that are experiencing isolation and would like an opportunity to find connection with others on campus. Sessions begin after reading week, Mondays or Fridays 6:00-9:00pm. Brand new and returning players are welcome, though registration is closed once sessions begin.

And finding yourself at the end of a relationship is so difficult. Whether you are experiencing a romantic break-up or a friendship falling apart, you are invited to join Heidi (Chaplain and Grief companion) and Marney (Queer artist and Therapist-in-training) for Broken Hearted: Navigating friendship and relationship breakups in university. You’ll have the opportunity to share your stories, find support from your peers, and receive tools and frameworks to help you move through this experience.
