Queen's Law Virtual Symposium Recordings and Presentations by Speakers at all Symposium Series Events
By September, we will post recordings here of the Queen's Law virtual symposium held June 22 - 24 including the opening, closing, and 11 topical sessions, and the keynote.
Speakers at all five events in the Series have been invited to share their PowerPoint presentations. In July and August these will be uploaded under their name on the Abstracts tab.
Special Symposium Issues of The Law Teacher and the Legal Education Review
Series speakers have been invited to submit their papers to be considered for inclusion in special issues of The Law Teacher (due to Series organizers by August 15, 2026) and the Legal Education Review (due to Series organizers by September 15, 2026). Speakers have received special instructions on how to submit them using Dropbox.
Publication of the special issues is slated for approximately June 2027.
Sampling of Relevant PhD Dissertations referencing reflective practice in Law (forthcoming in July 2026)
Curated Collection of Published Articles Aligned with the Five Domains of Reflection for Law. These are focused on reflection on practice, self-reflection, critical reflection, integrative and collective reflection. These tables identified aligned terms, and curate useful approaches. These resources are excerpted from Leering's (2023) PhD dissertation to provide further guidance and examples from published authors on how to strengthen the reflective muscle in each of the five domains of reflective practice for law (forthcoming in July 2026)
