We are beginning to arrange a series of podcasts from key individuals and organizations who provide additional insights to the ones we benefitted from during the International Symposium Series. We expect to produce one a month with interviews beginning in October 2026, and recordings uploaded approximately one month later.
Our first podcast will feature Michael Lang, internationally renowned educator and author of several important books on reflective practice in the field of conflict resolution. Legal educators, particularly those teaching in the field of ADR - alternative or appropriate dispute resolution often refer to his seminal work. In 2000, Michael Lang and A Taylor published The Making of a Mediator: Developing Artistry in Practice. This was followed in 2019, and more recently by a second edition in 2024,The Guide to Reflective Practice in Conflict Resolution, an essential reading and companion for anyone in law interested in the reflective practice journey.
