Move-In 2026

We are thrilled to welcome you to our vibrant residence community.

Important Dates

Move-in instructions will be sent prior to move-in, including information about completing the pre-arrival module.

September 4: Early Move-In

September 5: Move-In Day

September 5 Move-In

During the week prior to move-in, you will receive an email with a zone card for your residence building. You will need to print the zone card in colour prior to your arrival. Zone cards provide directions to your residence building unloading zone and the route to your designated parking lot. After you unload, you can park for up to 3 hours in your designated parking lot for free. Please set your zone card on the dashboard of your vehicle.

Don't use Google Maps, Waze, or other navigation apps on Move-In Day. Many roads will be closed or turned into one-way streets to ease congestion. By following your zone card directions, you will save time and help to ensure a smooth move-in.

Our Move-In Map will be available later in the summer. If you are moving in on September 4, keep a close eye on your Queen's email for specific Early Move-In instructions.
