50-Years of Vietnam-Canada Bilateral Relations Commemorated in Hybrid Conference
On August 25, 2023, a hybrid conference titled "50-Year Relationship of Vietnam and Canada: Look Back and Forward" marked the commemoration of five decades of bilateral ties between Vietnam and Canada. The Vietnam Institute of American Studies (VIAS), a division of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, hosted the event in Vietnam.
Statement on the Conflict in the Amhara Region of Ethiopia
On Thursday, August 3, 2023, we received news of the escalating tensions within the Amhara region. Queen's Indigenous rocket team wins NASA-sponsored First Nations Launch competition
The Queen's Indigenous Rocket Team emerged victorious at the First Nations Launch competition in the USA, the first time a Canada-based team received more points than every other team at the competition! The Vice-Provost, Global Engagement, Dr. Sandra den Otter, sends her congratulations on this remarkable result.
