Supervision

I welcome applications to undertake graduate work in media and communications, sociology of culture, visual culture and communication, consumer culture, and technology studies.

I have supervised 39 graduate, and 35 UG thesis students to completion.

Resource Guide Supports Black Graduate Students in Sociology

Black graduate students in the Department of Sociology can now access a dedicated resource guide designed to support their academic success, well-being, and sense of belonging.

Developed by graduate students Naomi Samuel and Kizziera Johnson, the Resource Guide for Black Students in Sociology brings together information on campus services, organizations, community spaces, events, and programming for Black-identified graduate students.
