ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´ is committed to the inclusion and accommodation of persons with disabilities. This includes the presence of Service Animals that assist visitors, students or employees within all aspects of University life including ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´-related functions both on and off campus.
Service Animals on Campus
The Human Rights and Equity Office provides education in the areas of human rights, equity, accessibility and sexual violence prevention and response. Our educational programs build community awareness, increase knowledge and address systemic barriers to inclusion.
Learning Opportunities from HREO
The Revved Up Exercise Program is a community-based exercise program for individuals in the greater Kingston community who are living with a disability.

The Accessibility Hub is ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊԴ’s main online resource for accessibility. It helps make the University more inclusive and easier to access for everyone.

At ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´, we want our campus to be welcoming for everyone. We work to make sure that our learning environments, services, supports, and physical spaces are accessible for people with disabilities.

Working Together

We’re a community that believes everyone should be able to take part fully in life at ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´. A great learning, living, and working experience happens when we all work together (including students, staff, faculty, and leaders) to remove and prevent barriers.

 

Accessibility Café

Accessibility Cafe on April 29th from 11:30am to 1pm in Ellis Hall Rm 333. This workshop is open to all Queen's students, staff, and faculty, and will focus on addressing neurodiversity as educators.
